As Minnesota's first football consulting company, Route Tree welcomes "outside the box" and betting against the market. We believe transformational leadership and program efficiency are integral to improving football participation and student-athlete retention.

Vision
Route Tree LLC was established in February 2019. It's primary mission was to contribute to the regrowth of football and retention of student-athletes. It's flagship product was on-site football program consulting available at all levels ranging from college to youth. Our strategy reports focus on practice and game efficiencies and transformational leadership.

Growth
Phase 2 of Route Tree is a public speaking presentation drafted from experiences at both public and private institutions as a college recruiting coordinator and primary recruiting coach for over 2500 families. Our messaging on the college process, "Save Time & Money", serves to fill gaps, while educating all families about college admissions, recruiting and transition.
Future Is Now
Phase 3 introduced an innovative way to mesh the best aspects of back yard football from yesteryear with the dynamic efficiency of youth sports organization of today.
